Borealis is the best contractor I have ever used, hands down. I had a leak that left a chunk of my house in shambles with water damage, and they not only fixed me up, but did an awesome remodal on my bathroom! The whole team is awesome to work with- they really go above and beyond. I cant wait to have them back over to upgrade the rest of my house to look as good as that bathroom!

We love the work that Borealis has done in our home! We first had them come out to make better use of the laundry room with some shelving, which works perfectly. Then we had them come build out our office, which turned out extremely well. Very happy with the quality of work, timing, and communication that Borealis provides, and do it all on a reasonable budget. Highly recommended!

Borealis responded VERY quickly and was SUPER professional! Contacted them at 630 in the morning to see if they could install a kitchen sink, faucets and two toilets. All was done by 430! They even helped me select and pick up the fixtures! I 100% would recommend thier company!

Borealis helped us out with a number of repairs required to our home for a corporate relocation. They were very responsive, well organized and met all of their commitments. The crew were respectful and courteous. Everything was done to our satisfaction and quickly. When the work was done Eric returned to do an inspection of the work and make sure we were happy. I would recommend them without reservation!

We had a hose break in the spare bathroom that went from the wall to the toilet. It did water damage in that room, the hallway, a study off of the living room and some water seeped into the living room as well. We contacted Borealis for the contract work. I am a widow for 12 years and I did not want to deal with my insurance afraid that they would take advantage of me. I asked the team at Borealis to handle that part for me and they did a wonderful job on that. At first my insurance thought my minimum deductible would take care of it. Keep in mind COVID19 was going on and an adjuster could not come to the house. In the end Borealis steeped up told them everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed and they accepted their quote with some adjustment to it. My house was repaired in a timely fashion and the whole team was great that came and worked on my house.

Borealis has great customer service! Beautiful finished work and well with the time and money spent! Definitely worth it! Will use for the next job needed.

Love these guys! Met them fixing up my Mom's house to sell and now have hired them for plumbing, painting, tile, flooring etc. at my own house. I've had them work while we were out of town with total trust and confidence that they will do the job and continue until every last little thing is taken care of. Reasonable prices, conscientious workers.

Absolutely enjoyed working with these guys. Eric, Shaun, and Stephen helped getting my house sorted out. They replaced my toilet, fixed some dry wall issues, and installed some granite countertops. Would definitely reccomend this company to anyone who is looking to remodel or even build on to existing projects.

Six stars if it were possible. With Mr. Leffler and the Borealis crew there are no unpredictable in frame houses repairs, remodeling, painting, plumbing... you name it. I have had them do work for me since 2016 (repair drywall with bad water damage, pain jobs with pristine care, setting kitchen cabinets on a very challenging floor plan, setting a new floor after further water damage and detail a lot that counts both for the property value and for the enjoyment of sensible home owners spoiled by living with things well done) and they had never disappointed but bettered their marks on quality control, attention to detail, fair pricing, no surprises and the expertise to meet any unexpected issue that the project might bring on in the way to completion. Usually to live with a construction crew is nerve wrecking. Not the case with Mr. Leffler´s leadership abilities and open communication as the project develops, visiting the site and correcting details on the go. Satisfaction guaranteed is not just a catchy phrase here. Worth every dollar spent.
